QUICK FIELD CHECK
Nine current cards explicitly damage all enemies.
This list follows the recorded card wording, not a guess based on the NoTarget field. Values belong to Demo build 23718635 and do not prove that every run can offer every card.

- Recorded Demo effectDeal 6 damage to all; gains 1 damage whenever you eat a card.
- Use / boundaryA Gourmet-pack sweep with a recorded eat-scaling trigger.
- Lock Flail
- Recorded Demo effectDeal 1 damage to all twice, as two recorded actions.

TARGET CHECK
Read the verb and target marker together.
Read the action verb before the number. ‘Deal’ is the attack effect sent outward; ‘Take’ is the self-damage wording used when your character loses health.
Check the pips above the card. Team Lazerbeam's current card UI distinguishes one enemy, all enemies, one card, all cards in hand, and the player as separate target types.
Use the field table below as the strict current list: it includes nine playable Combat cards whose recorded wording explicitly says damage to all. A NoTarget database field by itself is not enough to call another card AoE.
Do not confuse multi-enemy with multi-hit. The all-enemy target tells you how many enemies are selected; wording such as ‘twice’ tells you how many times that action resolves.
Check enemy statuses before spending the card. Spellshield can ignore incoming effects, while Thorns retaliates when damaged unless the hit is Fatal. Those reactions do not turn you into a target of the original sweep.
Treat acquisition separately from the card record. Inventor's Pick explicitly creates Lock Flail; the current pack records place Scythe in Fighter and Left To Rot in Gourmet. For the other six cards, a packaged record or shop cost does not prove a guaranteed offer in a normal run.
If a card explicitly says ‘Take damage,’ budget that health cost as a separate action. Resolve Consume, card-targeting, and other printed clauses against their own markers instead of letting the word ‘all’ spill across the whole card.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Every current enemy is selected by the all-enemy action, and your character is not one of its targets. An enemy may still ignore an effect through Spellshield, and a separate self-damage action, Thorns, or another retaliation can still reduce your HP.
VERSION BOUNDARY
The all-enemy/player distinction is confirmed by Team Lazerbeam's current targeting UI notes, the Demo action records, and a current player reproduction. The nine-card table is complete only for playable Combat cards whose recorded wording explicitly says damage to all in Demo build 23718635; it is not an Early Access card list or tier list.
CARDS IN THIS ANSWER
Know the effect before you build around it.
Ability text is tied to the recorded Demo build. “How you get it” stays cautious where a packaged shop value does not prove a guaranteed reward.

Combat / Attack
Rad Scythe
- What it does
- Applies 3 Decay to all enemies, then deals 3 damage to all enemies.
- How you get it
- Its packaged Demo record lists a shop cost of 2, but the exact offer pool and appearance rate are not independently verified.
- Use it with
- Use it early when several enemies need softening: Decay makes later damage more valuable. Check Spellshield and Thorns before spending the full 3 energy.
