QUICK FIELD CHECK
Match the uncomfortable movement to one control.
Test one setting at a time so you can tell what helped. These are current Demo controls and boundaries, not a launch-build promise.

REDUCE CAMERA MOTION
Change one motion source at a time.
Open the pause/options menu and find the camera or accessibility controls. Start with in-game settings rather than an undocumented config-file edit.
Lower Camera Bob first, then walk through one short tunnel. The official Demo notes say this slider can reduce or disable the walking motion.
Lower or disable Screen Shake, then test one ordinary attack. This separates impact shake from the up-and-down motion caused by walking.
Enable the current Screen Lock mode if sweeping the camera between cards and enemy intents is the main trigger. A player with the same problem reports that locking the camera in combat helped.
On an ultrawide display, confirm that every minion intent remains visible before continuing. One current player reports that camera lock can frame some intent icons too high, so turn it back off if it hides information.
Do not keep hunting for a hidden FOV slider in this Demo. Team Lazerbeam has acknowledged the request and put it on the planned accessibility list; that is not proof that the control exists today.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Walking no longer bobs the view, attacks no longer shake it, and combat can be read without repeatedly swinging the camera. If those changes do not make play comfortable, stop the session rather than pushing through symptoms and report the display aspect ratio and Demo build to the developer.
VERSION BOUNDARY
The bob, shake, and screen-lock controls are documented across the May and June Demo updates and a current player/developer thread. Their exact menu labels and ranges have not been reproduced on every current platform, and FOV remains planned rather than verified, so this page stays partial and noindex until the current settings screen is captured and the September 10 build is checked.
