COPY CHECK
Inspect the target before and after copying.
Draw Puppet Husk with the Combat card you want to duplicate and inspect that target before casting. Note its current Uses or Battery state and any Consume, Exhaust, or Temporary text.
Prefer a valuable one-use card whose effect you want to draw again. The current player reproduction specifically recommends high-impact consumed buffs over a camera or tool with very few charges left.
Cast Puppet Husk on that card. The recorded action makes one Permanent copy first, then consumes Puppet Husk itself.
Open the deck view and compare the new copy with the original. Do not expect charges to refill: the current reproduction says remaining charges are copied as they are.
Treat Temporary targets as unresolved. The current sources do not prove that Puppet Husk strips every Temporary modifier, so verify the copied card after it leaves your hand before building a run around that interaction.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
A second version of the target appears in the Combat deck, Puppet Husk is gone, and the copy can return on later draws according to the properties it retained.
VERSION BOUNDARY
The build record proves the permanent-copy action and Puppet Husk's own Consume. Charge inheritance, Exhaust inheritance, and removal of the target's Consume come from one player reproduction that does not state an exact build; the Temporary interaction has not been independently reproduced. This page therefore remains partial and noindex.

Know the effect before you build around it.
Ability text is tied to the recorded Demo build. “How you get it” stays cautious where a packaged shop value does not prove a guaranteed reward.

- Makes one permanent copy of a targeted Combat card, then consumes itself.
- How you get it
- The packaged Demo record lists a shop cost of 3; it does not prove a guaranteed source in any particular run.
- Use it with
- Copy a high-value one-use card, not a nearly empty charged tool. One current field report says remaining charges and Exhaust carry over; Temporary behavior is unresolved.
